In addition to the ABBA DVD my dad found for me ytd,now i own an ABBA CD too!! WOOHOO!!! Going ABBA crazy... Next time go kbox must sing all their songs lol. Think the next time I'll go is after that 2 weeks sailing trip.
Discovered sth recently too. Negativity comes so easily to me(i.e. sian at work,upsets in relationships) but positivity is like fishing with a 30cm blunted spear. Yet people still fish with spears!! Its a matter of effort then... An effort to force my mind on positive things. So ironic,telling the brain what to think,when a brain is the center piece of all conscious and unconscious thinking.
Tested it out this morning. A blue tuesday morning when I have to drag myself out of bed to go to work when Im not in the mood. So easy to think of all the negative things,so I purposely think of all the blessings I have in my life. A good foundation in education,my homely home in the first house I lived in,the many good memories there,a functional family,finding Jesus,a good posting and my 5 more months to ORD!
Well it worked,kinda. The blues turned to light blue,den become rainbow as the day went on. The power of a decided mind!!
