Tuesday, April 10, 2007 Latest breaking news!! As of 2029 hours on GMT +8, 10/04/2007, the Jar Confederation has officially renounced support for hair-intensive, fund-draining products such as hair gel, hair shampoo, hair wax, hair spray and combs, in protest of the massive pay hike for the Leets and rejection of allowance raise for the Loots. With the money saved on hair-products, the Jar Confederation hopes to raise enough funds to campaign for more aid packets for lower-income Loots and unfortunate Loots that do not earn as much as the Leets and are in a weaker position to protest at the "Leet-supported/created policies". However, certain sections of the public have criticsed the Jar Confederation for renouncing hair. These criticisms come mainly from the "Mao-Mao Action Party". Experts feel such a move by the Jar Confederation will cause it to lose political support as the "Mao-Mao Action Party" has long voted for the Jar Confederation on the basis of its long standing stance known as the Many Hair Policy. However, there were other signs of discontentment from other parties dissatisfied with the amount of capital put into reversing its support for hair-products. Most contentious is the removal of the root of the issue; the Jar Confederation's Central Bank of Hair, traditional located on the topmost feature of the entire Jar Confederation-The Head. Many feel that the funds put to elimate the root of the issue has been wasted on a private organisation a.k.a 'Barber' when a civil service organisation a.k.a National Service could have done it at a much cheaper and efficient manner. However, Jar Jar Binks, Prime Minister of Jar Confederation retorted when interviewed in his private estate 'The Brain', "People can say all they want. But the issue at heart is not how they see us, its the quality of the people's life. Look at the Confederation's history, location, geography and its people. Do you think the transformation we've achieved in the past 19 years can have been achieved by a government that's weak and goes by others' standards?" Labels: Musings Unknown Source at 10:22 PM

Monday, April 02, 2007 I'm back! Haven't been posting here because I'm finally starting up on my wish to write short stories. So i started a blog just for that! A series of short stories that are all connected, no planning, just impromptu inspiration and typing. Check them out at http://maxpassionhappy.blogspot.com! Won't be able to complete it though, I've only got like 11 days to enlistment. Looks like I can't go overseas or catch Phantom of the Opera too. =( So writing's my last aim before saying bye bye =D Labels: Musings |
